The Bourne Ultimatum
• Matt Damon returns as the trained assassin Jason Bourne for the latest showdown in The Bourne Ultimatum. In the follow-up to 2002's The Bourne Identity and 2004's The Bourne Supremacy-the smash hits that have earned over $500 million at the global box office-acclaimed director Paul Greengrass.
• Jason Bourne is now hunted by the people who made him what he is. Having lost his memory and the one person he loved, he is undeterred by the barrage of bullets and a new generation of highly-trained killers.
• It has been given high ratings and did well in the box office, it got a 93% rating from rotten tomato which is very high.
The Mechanic
• Arthur Bishop (Jason Statham) is a 'mechanic' - an elite assassin with a strict code and unique talent for cleanly eliminating targets. It's a job that requires professional perfection and total detachment, and Bishop is the best in the business. But when his mentor and close friend Harry (Donald Sutherland) is murdered, Bishop is anything but detached. His next assignment is self-imposed - he wants those responsible dead.
• Bishop has always acted alone but he can't turn his back on Harry's son. A methodical hit man takes an impulsive student deep into his world and a deadly partnership is born.
• It earned £11.4M in the US box office but was only rated 51% by critics which shows a film that isnt that good can earn a lot of money.
• The film Uses good weaponry scenes which gave me ideas for my film.

• The content in this film is hard to understand, and is aimed toward older viewers I have to decide who to aim my film at.
Blood Diamond
• "Blood Diamond" is the story of Danny Archer--a South African mercenary--and Solomon Vandy--a Mende fisherman. Both men are African, but their histories as different as any can be, until their fates become joined in a common quest to recover a rare pink diamond that can transform their lives. While in prison for smuggling, Archer learns that Solomon--who was taken from his family and forced to work in the diamond fields--has found and hidden the extraordinary rough stone. With the help of Maddy Bowen, an American journalist whose idealism is tempered by a deepening connection with Archer, the two men embark on a trek through rebel territory, a journey that could save Solomon's family and give Archer the second chance he thought he would never have.
• The film is a full blazing action sequence which I can relate to my film. It is a realistic film and not exaggerated I want my film to be more believable so could use ideas from this.

Batman and Gordon find alliance with a newly appointed DA Harvey Dent to stop a vicious killer with a warped sense of humor known only as The Joker, a threat to both the good, and the evil of Gotham City.
• It earned a massive £533.3M in the US box office and got a high rating of 94%, however this type of action film will not relate to mine

In the near future, a computer hacker named Neo discovers that all life on Earth may be nothing more than an elaborate facade created by a malevolent cyber-intelligence, for the purpose of placating us while our life essence is "farmed" to fuel the Matrix's campaign of domination in the "real" world. He joins like-minded Rebel warriors Morpheus and Trinity in their struggle to overthrow the Matrix.
• It uses good use of special effects which I could try and relate into my film.
